$2,000 lease = $500 in your pocket.

$3,000 lease =$750 in your pocket.

Short Term and Mid Term Rentals

Short Term and Mid Term rental referral fees will be a sliding scale based off of rental projections with a minimum of $500 and scaling up from there.
